Brazilian Butt Lift
NEAMAN PLASTIC SURGERY | PORTLAND, SALEM, + EUGENE, OREGON
Though this procedure has been around for years and years it wasn’t until recently that with media exposure it became one of the newest trends in cosmetic surgery. The Brazilian Butt Lift is a buttocks augmentation that gives patients a more full buttocks. Thanks to many popular celebrities patients are continually coming to see Dr. Keith Neaman and the team at Neaman Plastic Surgery to help them achieve the more rounded, perky and prominent buttocks they so desire.
How The Brazilian Butt Lift Is Performed
Dr. Neaman uses the latest advanced technology to perform buttock lifts. He uses your own fat, taken from areas where you don’t want it and then re-inserts it into your buttock areas where you do want it. The actual fat extracting is done with liposuction, however, it is not simply discarded. After purification, the fat then gets inserted back into all layers of the buttocks by a method called fat grafting. This will then help shape and contour the buttocks to achieve the shape and overall look you desire.
Brazilian Butt Lift Process and Recovery
The overall outcome of this procedure is also due in part to the recovery process. In order for the fat grafting to survive, circulation is a must! Which means, the butt lift procedure requires that you do not sit on your buttock or lay down on your back for at least two weeks. Depending on where the liposuction takes place, you will be required to wear a compression garment for up to two weeks as well. Some patients see swelling for up to six weeks but begin to resume normal activities between three and four weeks. Dr. Neaman stresses to his patients the importance of this recovery time and for following strict orders. Following these guidelines help achieve longer lasting optimal results.
